hi,
I have a mini usb wireless adapter, but it wont work!
if I do a lsusb the output is:
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 058f:6362 Alcor Micro Corp. Flash Card Reader/Writer
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 8087:0020 Intel Corp. Integrated Rate Matching Hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 7392:7811 Edimax Technology Co., Ltd EW-7811Un 802.11n Wireless Adapter [Realtek RTL8188CUS]
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 8087:0020 Intel Corp. Integrated Rate Matching Hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
artigan@artigan-imedia-S3810:~$ lsusb

but if I do an iwconfig the result is:
lo no wireless extensions.

eth0 no wireless extensions.

vboxnet0 no wireless extensions.

virbr0 no wireless extensions.


i'm a new user, someone can help me?!!!

I remember I made it work previously but forgot what I did. You can check some old threads including mine to see any suggestions.
