Seagate business storage 2 - bay NAS

Hi

Please i need help to make this NAS run a webserver with mysql and php. Im a newbie to this, and i dont understand much of the coding and scripting. I think i understod that it requires ssh or some kind of connection to the root of the NAS before running debian. So it altso requires debian to run and install mysql and php.

If there is any guide to how i can do that and obtain a working web server it would be a dream becoming realized.


Please. Let me know if you have any question.


Ps: im willing to give remote access to the NAS for helping me out.

Then it is best to wait for a final package. As I've mentioned, currently it is not available for public consumption, because these guys are still working on it. (I've started that thread with a seed Debian package to get it organized, but I'm not actively working on this).

Okay i appreciate the work you guys are doing. And i hope not that it will take long time, because the posts in the thread was some months ago :)

New update:

I got update files (.img and .md5) - after a manual update with these files, im able to access the NAS through SSH.

Now i need to install debian - Does anyone have a clue on how to do that?

Any help will be appreciated.
