It stucks on:

[ OK ] Started LSB: Start the Advanced Configuration and Po...terface daemon.
[ OK ] Started LSB: start the RRDtool data caching daemon.
[ OK ] Started LSB: keep memory of all UPnP devices that an...ced themselves.
[ OK ] Started LSB: Starts rpc process for remote quota handling.
[ OK ] Started LSB: Execute the kexec -e command to reboot system.
[ OK ] Started LSB: service and resource monitoring daemon.
[ OK ] Started Initialize hardware monitoring sensors.

My kernel is 3.18.15 selfcompiled.

There is not enough information to help. Please post then entire serial console log. If there is no serial console, then post the entire dmesg output.

Problem solved - I used your 4.5 kernel :)
But for anyone whos using self-compiled kernel and want to upgrade debian to 8.4 - change your config and recompile or use bodhi's one.

Thanks for your work.
