How to install debian 4.1 into Pogoplug Pro/v3 from openwrt?

My pogoplug pro/v3 alreay flashed with openwrt.

Latest Linux Oxnas kernel and rootfs (sticky thread)
Latest Oxnas u-boots (sticky thread)

But I don't know how to flash it to latest 4.1 debian kernel and image.

Is there any tips for my box?

Thanks Bodhi,

But I found that the archlinux URLs were obsolete like:
http://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv6/pogoplug-provideov3

That made me confuse and there were chicken-and-egg problems.

Is there any way to boot the uImage/uIinitrd (where can i got them?) pogoplug into one system via tftpboot and update to latest debian kernel 4.1?
openwrt didn't have same kernel version and also don't have utils tools like mkuimage, etc.
