Problem booting Kernel 4.4.38 Pogo V3 (Oxnas OX820) after upgraded

Kernel linux-4.4.38-oxnas-tld-5 will not boot. kernel 4.1 can boot up without any problem.

system is debian wheezy, already upgrade udev to 2.04

This is a common problem with mounting rootfs.

Looks like you have serial console?

Go back to 4.4.38. Power up, interrupt serial console and

ver
printenv
boot

And post the entire serial console log here.
