ethtool -a eth0Make sure "ethtool -a eth0" show both TX and RX are off:
Pause parameters for eth0: Autonegotiate: on RX: off TX: off RX negotiated: off TX negotiated: offTry disconnect the ethernet cable that connects the Pogo Pro to the switch, and then plug in the ethernet cable.
