pogoplug mobile--help needed

Hello guys,
I wanted to update my uboot

and something went wrong. Propably I deleted uboot. :(
My pogoplug indicator doesn't blink green or red, with nor without sd card.
Is connecting via serial converter to load uboot the only solution to connect with my pogoplug ?
If so, are below converters OK for pogoplug mobile?

Yes, connect serial is the only way.
