Regarding Allwinner A10 24 MHz Clock Signal Generation

Hi All,
We are facing a problem in 24Mhz clock generation in Allwinner A10 based design.We are getting RTC clock 32.7 KHz but not 24MHz. Initially when we powered up the board 3.6V was supplied to board instead of 3.3V . Is there any relation to these things? If anyone know about this ,please let us know.
