Mele Android 4.0 SD upgrade - serial output!

Android 2.3 would not boot today. I had to connect the serial cable to figure out why.

The Android 2.3 was locking up at the init:

The Android 4.0 PhoenixCard SD image from Mele also did not work. It showed the following error
