Down for me also. However depending on what you are looking for there is a list of other
linux-kernel archives. A few of these archives appear to be current.

Was just looking to read the RC release notes. I follow a few items to try and learn more about the kernel.

It was frustrating cause all the check if down sites I tried said it was up. Makes me wonder what the issue is being it has been down for a few days for me.
