I wasn't aware that my AMD C-50 netbook is capable of running 64bit-Linux (sorry, I didn't deal with Linux for a longer period of time). But, changing over to the 64bit flavour of Knoppix let me fail again. The kwboot binary I downloaded here responded with: bash: /usr/local/sbin/kwboot:by hrool - uBoot
