I successfully installed debian on the nand memory and it booted. Now I'm asking myself how it is possible to install further packages e.g. encfs and nfs? I just tried to install them with apt-get but I'll get an error saying: $ W: Not using locking for read only lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock $ E: Unable to write to /var/cache/apt/by La_Tristesse - Debian
Could someone provide a tutorial for enabling hardware acceleration with openssl? I'm very confused. Do I have to compile a new kernel or can I just use the cryptodev package?by La_Tristesse - Debian

Thats great! I've searched for something like this for a long time. Do you know OwnCloud? Seems pretty slick but it depends on apache. I wonder if it is possible to get OwnCloud work with lighttpd? http://owncloud.orgby La_Tristesse - Debian

Here are the kernels I cross-compiled. There are all working. I used the .config from jeff's install script. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1186286/linux-image-2.6.33.18-dockstar_1.1_armel.deb http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1186286/linux-headers-2.6.33.18-dockstar_1.1_armel.deb http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1186286/linux-image-2.6.37-dockstar_1.1_armel.deb http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1186286/linux-headers-2by La_Tristesse - Debian
Hi folks, I recently purchased a MSI Digi Vox Ultimate HD with a Kworld UB499-2T Chip. Yesterday I tried to build the proper drivers following the instructions given at http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Kworld_UB499-2T. Since the initial driver-package from http://wasietsmet.nl/linux/zolid-usb-dvb-t-tuner-van-de-aldi-linux-drivers/ only supports a kernel up to 2.6.33 I did make a fresh installby La_Tristesse - Debian
Thanks. The reason was caused by the lack of ipv6. Now there's a fallback option for ipv4 implemented. But I do have another issue. See for further information: https://github.com/albertz/shairport/issues/25#issuecomment-1018012by La_Tristesse - Debian
I tought of something like that, but the changelog wasnt updated. Will try the new build as soon as I'm home again. EDIT: Still getting an error: ./shairport.pl listening... I'm using a Samsung LD220G with a DisplayLink Connection. Luckily I got a greenscreen right away as I plugged in my usb cable. I installed the packages for the xserver but it seems that debian is unable to find the command "xorgconfig" which should generate a default xorg.conf. After googling I found another command named "Xorg -configure" which should be equally to "by La_Tristesse - Debian
I downloaded the image file from jeff and followed the instructions. Everything went great except that the led remains orange after blinking green. Any suggestions?by La_Tristesse - Debian

I already tried that. Here is what I get when I enter 'nc -lu 6666 & ; nc -u 192.168.1.100 6666' bash: Syntaxerror unknown word `;' If I enter the command without quotation mark, the terminal will prompt nothing. If I enter 'nc -lu 6666' (without quotation), I will get a connection, which responds weirdly to my keyboard. Sometimes I'm able to send a inby La_Tristesse - uBoot
I'm on a ubuntu 10.04 machine and setup everything properly but there is no output. I do have no firewall installed on this machine. I'm only getting: NOTE: the interrupt signal (normally ^C) has been remapped to ^T ncb: not found usage: nc [-46DdhklnrStUuvzC] [-i interval] [-P proxy_username] [-p source_port] [-s source_ip_address] [-T ToS] [-w timeout] [-X proxy_protocol]by La_Tristesse - uBoot
