Thanks for Handbrake Bodhi and trying Habibie :-D Unfortunately Photoshop is what I learned on at a Uni. Seemed to me CS2 worked well using Wine maybe but CrossOver for Snow Leopard at the time. For Video for now I got a steal on Magix Vegas 16 Edit for $50 @ 2 activation's recently so that's where I have my Windows safety net if I get in over my head in Linux video apps (speaking of wby JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic
Thanks a lot for all the info guys, it's a bit late so maybe I'll edit tomorrow. I spent a great deal of the evening rendering (trans-coding Habibie :-) every format and only one works, MP-1 Main Concept NTSC which is ".mpg" and works 25 and 29 fps. So far on that little display it kicks major @$$! The only thing objectionable is the 9:16 ratio within the 3:4 dimensionsby JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic
Ladies & Germs, With pause for all the suffering from Covid-19, I isolated where there is wildlife such as deer, raccoon, wild turkeys; all kinds of fun. With my pro-sumer'ish camera I captured some decent moments that i'd like to re-render so it's in a format the Digital photo frame can play. The animals are pretty slow so it shouldn't need excessive frames, even soby JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic
It was $10 new in the box from a thrift store years ago, but any manual is long gone. That link says it plays: AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, Motion JPEG, but I can tell you I tried rendering to MP2 and MP4 and so far it didn't recognize the files. In this case I removed the soundtrack because it's me indoors shooting movies of wildlife. I don't know if that's the reason it doesby JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Displays
To me a phone is the last place to have personal information, and I have no root for my Android phone. It looks like Mint Mobile may have good news finally but I'll know more tomorrow. A Windows 10 netbook with SIM would take care of big hindrances here. This is because Windows apps can be finniky about using the dev's download app. But a plain Jane cryogenamod on Motorola or soby JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Debian

Source: CNN New York (CNN Business)Fry's Electronics suddenly closed all of its stores overnight, ending a nearly four-decade run in business. Thanks a lot Bodhi and Habibie. While I did get the Seagate BP 2TB, it was more about what Wal Mart had. I don't know if this is normal or not, but I copied probably 1TB to it and it had 0% fragmentation! You would have thought something, anything. This is unlikely to be plugged into a Pogoplug/router so much as backup. I'm also likely to get another one specifically for NAS. Therby JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic

I'm intrigued to learn Wal Mart has some items I used to have to get from Best Buy on sale lol. My limit is $50 this time but I can either get a WD or Seagate Backup plus I think. While I'm at it, is there a day of the week Wal Mart sets the prices? You would think pretty soon the after-X-mas season sales should be warming up. When Best Buy was here I'd be up late Saturday nby JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic

I returned it :p I was talking to an old friend last week, he's ready to retire from AT&T and refers to it as the Death Star LOL I'd save more than $400 a year with Mint Mobile if only T-Mobile has towers here. I've never gotten to the bottom of that.by JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic
Any experience with AT&T's Prepaid Unlimited Data (containing dualcore Radiant Core)? I bought one of those boxes from Wal Mart clearance yesterday for $35 but haven't fully investigated how it works. One place says in AT&T's print say no tethering and another says the plan features tethering. But the plan would bill me $65 a month plus fees & taxes. When AT&by JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic

Amazon has a $15 coupon with first Amazon app use, so I looked at the ones mentioned previous. Leared something, which is that most of them have bands 1 and 3, but T-Mobile and AT&T use bands 2 and 4. But, if I find some great deal and it has all the bands, which is more useful, an adapter or a little router? Usually a router can copy the MAC address if that helps, but am at my wit'by JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic
All this manna from heaven (?) thanks so much - I'm on it. You'd laugh (really) if you saw the four pieces of cardboard I cut in the shape of a wave keyboard, added a bluetooth keyboard and dollar store cell phone holder glued in the layers. I'll talk to T-Mobile and Consumer Cellular and shop for whatever they say might work. BIAB ;-)by JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic
Well, my cell provider stopped Tethering (SafeLink), so that's no good! But my SIM is supposedly for any unlocked phone. I was last in line for a cellphone (if it weren't a gift I'd never own one!) and figure a computer would probably need radios for GSM or Cd what was that... If this works I wouldn't waste $44 a month, and that could also save from a new Motorola phoby JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic
The local Best Buy has been okay to me; once I got the idea to be sure what Best Buy price I was quoting, or the (any number of) kid(s) would fetch me the wrong part, every time. I was always nice to them anyway and thanked them for getting what I came for. I've had few returns. That is nice of the generous headline room here! Insert emoticon bearing teeth, friendly-type teeth.. Lately you see more references to DRAM and 3D TLC Nand and I do't know what's marketing lingo and what's superior con really. So here I am wondering about what's best in-class for anything cheaper than Samsung? PNYs are cheap, $21 at BestBuy or $28 for 240GB at Amazon.by JoeyPogoPlugE02 - Off-Topic
