Broke my wheezy/E02 install

Had a perfectly good working system.
I shutdown put the FlashDrive in my win7 machine and ran WinImage to make a backup of the drive. Put it back in, and now it won't boot.
Light comes up orange as normal, but doesn't connect to network.
Will boot without the flash drive and can SSh.

Is there an easy way to reload debian on the flashdrive from my linux box? I did put the drive in my ubuntu box and the file system looks good. I ran a file system check (fsck) and it showed a boot back-up error.

So did you fix the error with e2fsck ? usually the error occurs when the system was not shutdown properly with shutdown command. But e2fsck should fix the problem.
