Hi,

is someone using usbip on dockstar debian?
I installed the usbip with apt. But if I understand right, I need to build the kernel moduls for this.
After 2.6.28 they should be in the "staging code". I installed the kernel sources on the dockstar. There I can find the usbip source. But how to compile? I thought I must activate it in the config file which I would copy from /boot to the source tree. But in this file I canĀ“t find anything about usbip.
For any help I would be very pleased!
Thanks in advance!
Stefan

Hi,

I give up. None of the howtos I read worked for me.
Maybe someone with a built environment could build the usbip kernel modules for me?
I would be very pleased!
