GoFlex stucked with one flash drive

Hi,
I used shyd's script to install Debin on my GoFlex. Everything works great.
Now I want to install another copy of Debin on a usb hard drive or another flashdrive. But I got problem.
My Goflex is not bootable without the original working flashdrive. If I plug another harddrive or another flashdrive, Goflex will show blink orange light and will not accessable with SSH.
Could anyone help me out of this?
