Install debian without stock working only plugapps

Hello, if it has been answered somewhere else i apologise as the search did not give me any results.
I have v2 ping pogoplug i installed plugapps, and mest up my stock. So i can only boot pluggapps. BUT i want Debian.
Jeffs script assumes stock, and my programing skills ar not good enough to make changes. so where could i download working sistem unto my usb (as uboot work fine)

sorted.

Thanks guys

if anyone ever has that problem just rename sda1 and sda2 to sdb1 and sdb2
then delete stuff relaterd to uboot an done!!
