USB-Stick damaged, no Backup - Goflex Home

Hello,

a few days ago my rootfs USB-Stick fails to boot because of currupt sektion. fsck doesn't help.
I tried to copy the partition to an other usb stick, but there are too much files missing.
Next I tried to download the debian base image an copy it to my new USB-Stick (ext2 partition with lable rootfs, bootflag, additional swap partition).
The image stopped booting with error message unknown arcnumber.

So i overwrite the kernel and modules with the files from goflex modules.tar.gz and boot.tar.gz. But this configuration don't boot.

There seems to be something wrong with the original goflex home System (in nand) because i'cant boot in. Has someone a working USB-Stick image for a goflex home or any tips and tricks howto fix my problem?

And yes, I know: I should take a backup of my working image next time :-).
