Hi,
Recently I crashed my dockstar because of php running in an unending loop which made may usb disk full.
So I unplugged it electrically. At next boot up, everything was ok except samba not working properly.
Login from win7 was ok, but browsing shared folder not working anymore.
Fortunately, I could make a backup from acronis image. I had then to reinstall LAMP, samba, minidlna and reconfigure custom mount points. I added a home user for samba user access (not public).
All is fine.
But after next reboot, I am not able to login as root anymore (login ok, password refused) . But, connecting as home user is working fine, except I do not have user root priviledge, nor super user rights.
So how could I ssh sign in with root settings, back? Unless restoring acronis backup image again?
thanks for help.
