I used a Lexar 8GB SDHC card with a usb flash card reader device, and installed using the directions here:

Using a windows machine, I can't ssh into pogo e02 when the "flash drive" is inserted. I can occasionally ssh into pogo when the flash
drive is removed, but ssh times out if I stop using it for a few seconds. Then I would have to uplug pogo, reboot the router, and try ssh
again which then works the same way (freezes after a few seconds if not used). Is the device bricked or can I get it back to the original
state somehow? I think maybe the SDHC card/reader maybe the problem and I like to try again with a normal usb flash drive.
