Correct.

So I suspected the driver is not working correctly (or we lack some set up).

It's worth noting about the switch you are connecting to. Usually for a dumb switch is "Symmetric".

If DSM is running, Ethernet should work. No doubt.

The driver mvpp2 had a lot of major changes since the time of this box and Armada 375 in general. But there is no specific Armada 375 board in mainline. So I think the testing are done only on Armada 8K and other Marvell SoCs that use this driver. So I'm not sure whether we are seeing a bug in the driver, or just lack of knowledge.
