Suggestions for mounting USB serial port in Pogo case

Hello,

Taking a tip from Qui's instructions on making a USB console port:

I did some research and found this device, which I now have, and I can tell you it works:

The reason why I like this one better is because it has a female mini-USB port instead of the male connector on the one Qui recommends.

This means that you could use a dremel tool to bore a hole into the front of the Pogo's case, above the LED and below the USB port, and mount this thing inside permanently. When you need to console in, you just need a USB connector with a regular male end to plug in the computer and a mini-USB end to plug into the Pogo. Very simple.

The problem is I need to come up with a way to do the mounting. Obviously if this thing touches the Pogo's board it's going to short out. It also needs to be able to withstand being pushed against and pulled from.

Does anyone have any good ideas here?
I accomplished this by using two small (quart to half inch) pieces of rigid PVC pipe as standoffs and two-part epoxy to glue everything in place. This works great, and now I can console into easily. The hole I dremeled out didn't turn out as precise as I wanted, but oh well.
