I just managed to update my Seagate GoFLEX Home with bodhi's u-boot, configured it to boot with Debian-4.12.1-kirkwood-tld-1-rootfs-bodhi.tar.bz2, and it is currently up servicing as a NAS with NFS for testing. ATM, I can get about 45/18 MBps R/W performance to the NFS drive using this F3 utility. I know this is not a standard testing approach, but it at least gives me some idea. If you know a better way, I am all ears. Meanwhile, I sure would like to hear from you all what R/W performance you get from your Seagate GoFLEX Home NAS.
