Which pogoplug? the Pogo V3 OXNAS or the Pogo E02 Kirkwood?

You could have requested that the b43 Wifi be included, and I'll be glad to add that :) Probably just a minor addition to the kernel config.

pogov3,
1.I just feel strange that why there is no sda appear, what I did is try to compile kernel to include oxnas disk driver so that I can mount harddisk as root and boot from it.for now harddisk recognized but sda not appear. could you give me some viewpoint?

2do you have your kernel's source code? could you please add b43 wifi driver and realtek.ko from drivers/net/phy?
thanks.

On top of my head, I can't think of any reason. But do check these SATA config options, see if they are configured in:

CONFIG_SATA_PMP=y
CONFIG_SATA_AHCI=y
CONFIG_SATA_AHCI_PLATFORM=y
CONFIG_SATA_OXNAS=y

The kernel source is basically the patch and config file in the tarball. Apply it to kernel 4.14.180 source from mainline tree.

Updated 14 May 2020:

Kernel linux-4.14.180-oxnas-tld-1 package was uploaded.

.....

This tarball contains 6 files:

Quote

linux-image-4.14.180-oxnas-tld-1_1.0_armel.deb
linux-headers-4.14.180-oxnas-tld-1_1.0_armel.deb
config-4.14.180-oxnas-tld-1
zImage-4.14.180-oxnas-tld-1
linux-dtb-4.14.180-oxnas-tld-1.tar
linux-4.14.180-oxnas-tld-1.patch

Sure, I will add this b43 Wifi driver in the next release (probably 5.4.66).

Cool! will keep that in mind.

I don't have any plan to upgrade u-boot for this device for (the current version could be the last, since we don't have a lot of OXNAS users).
