Hi @exenew - there are multiple different ways to do what you want to do !
1) If you have gparted or clonezilla or even "dd" command on another linux box you can duplicate the flash stick there.
2) Use bodhi's rootfs to create a "fresh" wheezy installation with new kernel - he lists the exact procedure to do so here -

3) If you don't have another linux machine or any of the tools in (1) (which I think is unlikely !), then you could try arch linux's hot copy of live rootfs -

Without knowing exactly what you want to do, my recommendation would be option (2) ...
