Dead HD, can no longer ssh in
December 09, 2010 03:02PM
I had a working installation (Pink Pogoplug) on a USB HD.
The HD was dropped in a house move, and no longer works.

Now, the pogoplug boots okay, and responds to ssh, but I can't log in with the usual root / ceadmin to reinstall on a new drive. It doesn't accept the password.
I no longer appear to activate it with the my.pogoplug.com interface either, leaving me with a useless pogoplug.

Is there anything I can do? Can someone link to a prebuilt USB Image that I could put on a new drive and boot the linux install?

Thanks for any help!
