Anyone can provide a tutorial for POGOPLUG B01 via SSH

I got my pogoplug E02 running debian very well, but Archlinux removed support for pogoplug B01, didn't find easy way like step-step tutorial to hack POGOPLUG BO1.

There was a tutorial: http://blog.qnology.com/2015/04/hacking-pogoplug-v3oxnas-proclassic.html, but can't download from the link.

I don't have jtag, anyone can give me a link/tutorial for pogoplug B01 via SSH. Thanks!
