I was able to get them by doing

apt-get install mtd-utils

Took me 4 Mins to dl 348kB >.>

It has

ubiattach
ubicrc32
ubidetach
ubiformat
ubimkvol
ubinfo
ubinize
ubirename
ubirmvol
ubirsvol
ubiupdatevol
