Install pogoplug, rescue or debian to NAND from stick?

Hi. My NAND-system is broken. Is there a way to install pogoplug, debian or the rescue system from booted USB-stick to the NAND?

If you have the pendrive you used to install debian on nand you can boot from it and do the process from that stage.
