I was using a Linksys NSLU2, but wanted something faster, so I purchased a DockStar 1+ years ago. I used it natively for a while, but then put it away. I've since moved to using a Dell Zino HD 250GB running ubuntu 10.10, and have 2x 1.5 TB drives mirrored using ZFS (ZFS FUSE).
Does anyone have experience running ZFS on the DockStar ? Will it support ZFS FUSE ? I'd like to use CIFS, NFS & AFP to share the drives. Will it be fast enough ? (My old NSLU2 would drop the CIFS connection when doing backups of a WinXP system. My Dell setup works fine.)
