Back it up and restore it onto a larger USB stick. I do that all the time. You can use tar in linux.
For windows, I use Acronis True Image 2010. Actually, this is what I mainly use. As a by product, you will have a backup copy and will be useful just in case.

Sorry I deleted my post as twinclouds was replying. I was having problem resize an USB stick after duplicate my current debian stick to it. I used GParted and have it working now.
