NSA325v1 UART output ist working well - input doesn't work
same adapter working well with NSA325v2

is there any way getting uart-access or programming flash

You are running a Debian rootfs, but with Arch Linux ARM kernel! that will not work well. Also, you are running stock u-boot (we have newer u-boot here and at Arch site for this box).

I'm not sure what you want to run, Arch or Debian? your rootfs is not usable at the moment becasue of that mix.

No. The new u-boot and the new default environment images must be flashed at the same time.

Since you are booting with the old stock uboot, the load addresses needs to be adjusted.

Try different loaddresses for uImage and uInitrd as described here:

Mount your USB rootfs on another Linux box and check for the partition label, is it rootfs?. If the USB drive is initialized as sdb1 then:
