Pogo V3 Oxnas Booting with SATA and USB

Hi

Sorry for the delay in replying to your suggestion.

I tried your suggestion and some other different things in the U-Boot
environment to try and get the Pogoplug to boot Debian from a Sata
disk first and got nowhere. I gave up trying to be clever and I have
gone back to the environment listed in this post -
http://forum.doozan.com/read.php?3,16017,21933#msg-21933
which works as described in my post above.

If someone can point me to the changes required to the U-Boot environment
so that the Pogoplug tries to start from a connected Sata disk drive first,
falling back to a USB stick if the Sata disk is absent/fails.

Edit - As a sanity check, the Sata disk I prepared boots the system and
works as expected when I put it into an external USB HDD enclosure and
start the Pogoplug Pro with it connected.

Thanks

Peter

(Moderator - if the U-Boot thread is more appropriate please move my post
above and the subsequent relevant posts. Thank you)

I've made this a separate topic in this u-boot forum so that others who already have this setup will notice and help (ATM, I don't have access to my development environment).

Please post your current u-boot envs to help Peter, if you are booting your Pogo V3 with HDD, and have set it up so that it will try USB if the HDD is not plugged in.
