New to Dockstar - installing Linux

I have Dockstar running for about 6-8 months and has been working fine using either on LAN or via pogo site. I just come across that i could install Linux on this (not worked on Linux before).

Can someone give high level and guide to right path or instructions for installing linux on it?

Or, for gorgone's "heavy" kernel, this works for me (from pogoplug prompt).

mount / -rw -o remount
cd /tmp
wget http://ss4200.homelinux.com/dockstar/gogo-dock.sh
chmod +x ./gogo-dock.sh
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/sbin:/sbin
./gogo-dock.sh
