On a pink pogoplug host the latest UBOOT update script has been run to enable boot from USB. This was done for both a 2G USB stick and a 8G USB stick. ArchLinux was installed to complete the USB image. The 2G USB boots every time, but the 8G USB toggles between boot into NAND/pogolinux and USB/archlinux. The UBOOT log for an 8G boot is shown below were === used to identify where the variance exists between two consecutive boots of the 8G. I have installed a reboot script in init.d of pogolinux to automatically reboot to get back to the archlinux image, but would prefer to not need a 2x boot. Why is 2G vs. 8G boot different and what can be done to always boot to archlinux?
