Howto: Use qemu to simulate Oxnas (OX820) Pogo V3 to run U-boot and Kernel

I want to use qemu to virtualize a pogoplug.
I have compiled qemu-system-arm (version1.05) and u-boot.bin that support the ox820 board .
but I don't know what to do next, such as how to set the environment , how to start the kernel,
someone could help me.
Tell me how to use qemu simulate Oxnas (OX820) Pogo V3 to run U-boot and Kernel ?
