on/off switch on Mele A2000

Hello,

could you please tell me if the on/off power switch can stay in the "on" position all the time, without the need to push it each time you want to switch on the device? Is there a way to work around if not?

The thing is I'm going to use Mele for a car pc and it should power on itself each time I turn the key ignition on.

Yes. If the power switch is left in the on position, the device will still turn on and off when the power supply is connected/disconnected.
