Remember you can multiply Ethernet speed x 4 by using an external USB to Gigabit Ethernet adapter. The adapters aren't terribly cheap but if you have one laying around that does work great I've found. I'm just getting started after 2 years of hoarding cheap accessories. Should be a great winter here :-)
