From the e-mail address mentioned in the kernel messages I thought this was a stock kernel? On the filesystem I've found optware in the form of sonos and samba, this made me think it was a stock pogoplug with optware gone bad. Can you tell based on this information if the bootloader and kernel are still original? I'm sort of lost.
