Google has deemed that his original opensource project was too similar to their own and requested he rebrand.

He could use the help of the skilled people on this forum if you are able to assist with the following

coding / scripting
packaging
getting the word out of the name change
graphics

AFAICT, chromixium != chromium. So, I wonder Google has legal right to ask for such a re-brand.

As CUB Linux is now on its way, who knows the benefit of negotiating with Google.

I fail to see "chromixium" as antagonist to Google like Iron browser is to Chrome, but here Google caches everything in the world that's got a copyright, they're into everyone's business, yet gets defensive over this? Should consult with the European Union, they'd probably beg to disagree with Google's juggar-naughty- ing
