GearBest currently has this EMISH X800 TV Box $25.99 + Free S/H. It uses an RK3368 CPU with 1 / 8 GB RAM / ROM running on an old Android 5.1.1. Unfortunately, LibreELEC does not support RK3368 chipset. :(
