here which indicates it is based on a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8916 quad-core CPU. Qualcomm says in
here that this CPU is designed with both 32-bit and 64-bit CPU support. In other words, it ought to be able to run a 64-bit Android and/or Linux OSes. If so, this offer is not bad at all under $5, especially if it can be hacked to run debian ARM os. Anyone?
