my sd card got chipped and the corner by one of the "readers" (one gold line ) got chipped, is it possible to still get th files?

Since you still have the SD card your best solution, instead of asking such a question here, is to plug it into an SD card reader and see if your computer will be able to recognize and/or to perform an R/W to the SD card.

i tried using an adapter and putting it into my computer and it didnt read

This could me either their is a problem with your SD card or its reader. You may wanna try other readers and hope it will work.

Do you still have the chipped piece? You could use electronic glue to temporarily fix it (it will hold long enough to read the files).
