installing liplianin and yavdr on dockstar. My Mini Tut. Thanks to gorgone, the yavdr team, google and many others for helping me. And sorry, if sometimes i could not find the best and easiest solution, im have only less experience in linux. See you next year !by lin_win - Debian
Right now i only have a quick and dirty tutorial for my own. A few days ago I "repaired" my bricked second dockstar. (My first one is in use with yavdr 1.7.16 and tt-3600) Today i will install gorgones kernel/yavdr/liplianin and write all into a small tutorial. I have only DSL light, so it will take a few hours.by lin_win - Debian
Thanks NanoBot, i had to do an additional make modules_prepare an now everything looks fine: root@dockstar1:~# dmesg | grep -i dvb dvb-usb: found a 'Technotrend TT Connect S2-3600' in warm state. dvb-usb: will pass the complete MPEG2 transport stream to the software demuxer. DVB: registering new adapter (Technotrend TT Connect S2-3600) dvb-usb: MAC address: 00:d0:5c:61:72:bby lin_win - Debian

Hi, I wanted to compile S2-liplianin. But i get this errors: root@dockstar1:/usr/src/s2-liplianin# make make -C /usr/src/s2-liplianin/v4l make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/s2-liplianin/v4l' Updating/Creating .config Preparing to compile for kernel version 2.6.35 File not found: /lib/modules/2.6.35.7-dockstar/build/.config at ./scripts/make_kconfig.pl line 32, <IN> lineby lin_win - Debian
I tried the kernel from mosci and i can use Opera DVB-S1 and TerraTec Cingergy T XS (DVB-T) with VDR 1.7.16. I tried the kernel 2.6.35.7.4 from gorgone and i could only use Opera DVB-S1. @gorgone Is it possible to use an actual V4l or liplianin in your next 2.6.36 kernel ?by lin_win - Debian
