Guys, I have a Pogoplug Pro thats booting directly off SATA and has Squeeze running in it. Since its not booting off NAND, can I directly deploy rootfs? Will that work? There is no plan to goback to booting using USB. SATA is permanent. I was hoping to use new kernel 3.12.by linuxtechie - Debian
For long I have been using dockstar on eth0 and considering the wiring mess, I had been longing to go for wireless dockstar. Now, I clearly steered away from other chipset (ralink) cause of know issues about having a master mode. Got this one TL-WN722N for INR 700 about $12. So here is how got it working: apt-get update apt-get upgrade apt-get install wpasupplicant iw wireless-toolsby linuxtechie - Debian
Can some kind soul cook a deb and post it here :) Merci! +LTby linuxtechie - Debian
Got it back by attaching a serial cable, reverted to ever working 2097. I ended up using a generic usb cable as following: cp210x: KQ-UBA WT048000317. Nope its not Prolific one. I was wondering how do I go about installing netconsole? Is it already installed in my debian installation? FYI, I have the latest kernel. Thanks again guys! +LT kraqh3d Wrote: --------------------------by linuxtechie - Rescue System
Folks, I accidently (my kid was playing around, while I was looking around for the number, she apparently even managed to reboot the machine, me and my luck) managed to set arcnumber to nothing. Now its not able to boot. I have tried a reset as well, but guess thats also is not working. Any help please. +LTby linuxtechie - Rescue System
