Hi, I am opening this topic to get some ideas of investigations or corrections. My setup is the following: Router <-> unmanaged switch <-> NSA310 with an asuswrt router and a TP-Link TL-SG105 switch. This configuration was fully functional until a power interruption on entire home. Now NSA310 get an IP address only when connected directly to router. Of course, I restartedby tmcatalin - Debian
Thank you bodhi! Right now the box is busy, as i am copying data on it. I will test MAC address after. Regarding `printenv' I am attaching the output of 'fw_printenv'. BTW, is any difference between them? Related to versions of u-boot, kernel and Debian, I am running the latest versions corresponding to NSA310.by tmcatalin - Debian

Thank you. I will prepare myself and comeback with questions if needed. My only fear is to loose the data...by tmcatalin - Debian

Here are my many questions: - should I try upgrading them to Debian? - what are the advantages (beside security patches) on using Debian vs factory firmware (+ffp)? - is it recommendeby tmcatalin - Debian
