I still get "error 13 (Permission denied)". But I restored u-boot without debian. I downloaded mtd0 and mtd1 via tftp in u-boot (kwboot), then I used 'nand write' command. Now I have u-boot in nand flash and doesn't need to use kwboot anymore. Unfortunately my device still doesn't work properly. After restoring u-boot and env I tried to restore original firmware.
