This question didn't seem to fit in any of the other sections so here we are! I was wondering whether the GoFlex Net had any more USB ports accessible on the PCB beyond the one that is available. Possibly with a bit of hardware hacking it might be able to find some, I don't know. Or alternatively, would the single USB port be able to be split with a hub to provide more ports (by felixfurtak - Off-Topic
Hi Jeff, Thanks for the advice, and great forum by the way. I would have never have thought of using RAM based rescue option. It all went well and I managed to get Debian installed correctly. I still have no idea why the orginal pogoplug firmware got corrupted. I couldn't see anything in the script that could have caused it. However, I don't need it now, so it's all good.by felixfurtak - Debian

I made the mistake of rebooting after the Wheezy script failed at debootstrap. Now my GoFlex Net won't boot from NAND properly. Luckily it looks like U-Boot installed correctly, I can boot rescue disk from USB drive, and therefore managed to grab a U-Boot log using nc. I'd like to try and continue with the installation, but not sure how to go about this... Some advice please:by felixfurtak - Debian
