the same which is't working on stock U-Boot isn't working with this. when connecting a 2,5 '' HDD it's working fineby pengu - Debian

Reset IDE: Marvell Serial ATA Adapter Integrated Sata device found [0 0 0]: Enable DMA mode (6)by pengu - Debian
another problem raises, as I connect the HDDs. any 2,5 '' HDD is working fine, but a 3,5 '' HDD is only working in the left slot. all testet HDDs are working fine on other devices, so it's not on them. using another power supply and using another PCI-E to S-ATA connector (from my NSA325v2) doesn't solve this. yeah .. with two 2,5 '' Toshiba HDD, only the following is possible: read: 60 MB/s write: 45 - 48 MB/s I'll try two WD Green soon ;-) bodhi Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > You're welcome, Davide! > > > Some samba reports on internal drive, ext4 with > > Gbps net: > > read 98MB/sec sustained > >by pengu - Debian

sorry for confusing. the NSA310s U-Boot behave the same. no USB boot is possible wen plugging a usb stick wich LED and powering up the device it lights up but goes off when U-Boot starts up it stays off when starting USB. It's the same via kwboot (loading the NSA310s U-Boot) ./kwboot -t -B 115200 /dev/ttyUSB0 -b u-boot-1.1.4-bodhi.nsa310s.uart.bin -p Sending boot message.by pengu - Debian

tried to move further on but no luck I have put uImage and uInitrd into NAND but it can't boot. the uImage gets loadet (with errors) but not the initrd. I also tried loading some U-Boot files but most of them didn't start. only the cloud engines U-Boot seems to work but don't have USB support U-Boot 1.1.4 (Jul 16 2009 - 21:02:16) Cloud Engines (3.4.16) U-Boot codby pengu - Debian

thanks a lot bodhi, this was my thought too, but I noticed on many NSA310 boxes, that this doesn't matter. linux/debian is starting anyway with the built (on my NSA325v2) / flashed U-Boot it starts as it should. The U-boot seems also fully functional (LAN, USB, S-ATA) I'll try this one later with my NSA320s, perhaps it runs there too. Edit it gets loaded but it doesn'by pengu - Debian
