I tried a bunch of partitioning tools, including parted, all with the same result (no result actually). It seems as my box doesn't understand gpt while on the uboot stage. The partition type: DOS and the code EE say that uboot sees the protective MBR, not gpt. Anyway, the only thing that helped was gdisk's hybrid MBR, but I consider it a dirty hack :)by Ill - uBoot
